Diagnostics

Like any other device, cell phones and tablets have electrical components, batteries and charging ports. This is commonly known as the hardware platform, then the software, which includes but is not limited to the operating system, apps, settings, browsers.  These all interact with each other. Before we start any repairs, just like an auto repair or appliance shop, we must first diagnose whether the device has hardware of software issues (sometimes it is both), to determine what is making your cell phone or tablet run slowly or just downright misbehave. After we make our assessment, we explain the issues to you, and explain your best options, get your approval, and then start the repair process. Most of the time we are able to tell you what is the most likely culprit, simply by asking you a few questions.
